2. Medical Services Disclosure
DoctorSavesPeople is a platform that facilitates connections between patients and independent medical professionals. While we vet all practitioners in our network, the medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment provided is the sole responsibility of the healthcare professional.
3. User Responsibilities
When using our Service, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete personal and medical information.
- Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- Use the Service only for lawful purposes related to health management.
- Respect the professional boundaries of our medical network.
4. Payments and Cancellations
Fees for medical visits or consultations are clearly displayed before booking. Cancellations made within 15 minutes of an appointment may be subject to a nominal fee to compensate the en-route practitioner.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DoctorSavesPeople shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service or interactions with medical professionals.
6. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which DoctorSavesPeople operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
